Some of our customers run their own stores and we ship for them. In a quiet month we send about 1,500 packages — at the year-end peak, nearly 10,000. Calculating what each customer owes used to mean matching hundreds of tracking numbers to their fees by hand. So we built an agent: two tables in, one shipping statement out, in 1–2 minutes.
